UPDATING NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XVII:4(A) OF THE
GATT 1994 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE UNDERSTANDING ON
THE INTERPRETATION OF ARTICLE XVII

Burkina Faso

The following communication, dated 24 July 2014, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Burkina Faso.

Pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII, and in response to the request of the Central Registry of Notifications related to state trading enterprises, the Government of Burkina Faso hereby notifies the Committee on Rules that it does not have any trading enterprises that fall under the provisions on state trading.
