NOTIFICATION

The following submission, dated 14 May 2014, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of New Zealand. The notification concerns the use of special safeguard provisions (Table MA:5) during the calendar year 2013.

The Government of New Zealand hereby notifies, in conformity with Articles 5.7 and 18.2 of the Agreement on Agriculture, that it did not invoke either volume-based or price-based special safeguard actions during the calendar year 2013.
