NOTE FROM THE SECRETARIAT

In order to assist Members, the following are deadlines for submissions of various documentation following up on the spring 2014 meetings, and in conjunction with the October 2014 meetings of the Committees on Anti-Dumping Practices, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards, and subsidiary bodies, which will be held in the week of 27 October 2014.

1  AD/CVD Legislation Notifications

The Secretariat will circulate to Members by the third week of September 2014 a list of the new notifications of legislation that will be on the agenda for review at the regular meetings in October 2014. Pursuant to procedures adopted by the Committees, notifications circulated in all three WTO working languages not later than 15 September 2014 will be reviewed at the Committees' October 2014 regular meetings.

19 May 2014                       Written follow-up questions regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2014.

10 June 2014                     Written answers to written questions regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2014.

15 September 2014           Written questions regarding previously-reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2014.

6 October 2014                  Written questions regarding new notifications of legislation to be reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2014.

13 October 2014                Written answers to written questions regarding previously reviewed notifications of legislation submitted by 15 September 2014, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2014.
