The following communication,
dated 12 March 2014, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Macao,
China.

Pursuant
to the above-mentioned Articles, the Government of the Macao SAR submits
herewith its new and full notification to the Council for Trade in Goods, and
wishes to notify that Macao, China does not maintain any State Trading Enterprises
in accordance with the working definition contained in Paragraph 1 of the
aforesaid Understanding.
