The following communication, dated 19 November 2012, is being circulated at the request of the Latin American Integration Association.

I have the honour to hereby request privileged access for the General Secretariat of the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI) to the WTO's Integrated Database (IDB) and Consolidated Tariff Schedules (CTS) database and should be obliged if this request could be submitted to the Committee on Market Access for its consideration and approval.
