MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
HELD ON 26 april 2010
Chairperson: Ms. Poonam D. Mohun (Mauritius)
The Committee on Safeguards (the "Committee") held a regular meeting on 26 April 2010.
Regarding "Other Business", the representative of Ecuador indicated that he wished to make a statement concerning its initiation of an investigation on windshields. The representative of the United States indicated that she wished to make a statement concerning the initiation of two safeguard investigations by the Gulf Cooperation Council that had not yet been notified to the Committee. The representative of Egypt indicated that he wished to make a statement concerning a Turkish investigation regarding salt. The Chairperson stated that she wished to provide brief observations concerning the implementation of the new formats which the Committee adopted at the 19 October 2009
