It is a consolidated, revised version, and reflects amendments to Rules 6 (3), 18(1), 18(2), 18(4), 21(1), 22(1), 23(1), 23(3), 23(4), 24(1), 24(2), 27(1), 32(1), and 32(2), and Annexes I and III, as discussed in WT/AB/WP/W/10 and WT/AB/WP/W/11. The Working Procedures for Appellate Review consolidated in this document will be applied to appeals initiated on or after 15 September 2010. Definitions 1.
