Corrigendum
Please add "Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua" to the list in Paragraph 2 on page 2. Therefore, the second sentence of Paragraph 2 on page 1 should read as follows: "Thus, documents from the following 33 participants have been received and circulated pursuant to the these procedures:".
Please note that in the list in Paragraph 2 on page 2, the footnote for "Switzerland" should be footnote number 4 not 3; and the footnote for "Thailand" should be footnote number 5 not 4.
Please also add "Nicaragua" to the list in Paragraph 5 on page 2.
