Please note that the fourth bullet point of the third paragraph on the cover page should read as follows:
Page 5, VSAT services (for non-public use) is indented, to show that it is a sub-category of Fixed Satellite Services. The Mode 4 entry in the Market Access column of the same sub-sector now reads: "Unbound except as indicated in the horizontal section" instead of "None, except: two-ended break-out is not permitted."
instead of:
