In a communication, dated 18 March 2005, the delegation of Rwanda, on behalf of the African Group, has asked for the following amendment to be included in document IP/C/W/440:
In paragraph 10, fourth bullet point, the references to "Article 10.4" shall be replaced by references to "Article IX.4".
