The document G/AG/NG/R/3, dated 10 November 2000, should be amended as follows:
In paragraph 42, the penultimate sentence should read as follows: "However, on state-trading enterprises, while Canada accepted that there was a theoretical possibility that any entity, public or private, with market power could act to distort markets, it felt that the proposal did not identify any real-world trade problems arising from the activities of single-desk exporters of agricultural products."
At the end of paragraph 56, the following sentence should be added: "Indonesia expressed its support for the establishment of a so-called 'Development Box', as proposed by a number of developing countries at the previous
