APPELLATE REVIEW

This document replaces the previous version of the Working Procedures for Appellate Review dated 24 January 2002. It is a consolidated, revised version, and reflects amendments to Rules 1, 16(1), 18(5), 19, 24, 27(3), 28(3), and to Annex I.
Definitions
1. In these Working Procedures for Appellate Review,
"appellant"
means any party to the dispute that has filed a Notice of Appeal pursuant to Rule 20 or has filed a submission pursuant to paragraph 1 of Rule 23;
"appellate report"
means an Appellate Body report as described in Article 17 of the DSU;
