Note by the Secretariat
The Negotiating Group on Rules ("the Group") held a formal meeting on 5 May 2004.

C. Regional Trade Agreements: "Systemic Issues"

The Chairman requested participants to be on time for the meetings as he would not delay the opening of the sessions for lack of participation.
