BALANCE-OF-PAYMENTS RESTRICTIONS

This report has been prepared pursuant to the Procedures for an Annual Overview of WTO Activities and for Reporting under WTO (WT/L/105).
The Committee met on 29 November 2004 under the Chairmanship of Mr. Giulio Tonini (Italy) to conduct consultations on Bangladesh and to conduct the third annual review under China's Transitional Review Mechanism. The reports emanating from the meeting are contained in WT/BOP/R/76, WT/BOP/R/74, and WT/BOP/R/75, respectively.
