Canadian Response to the Electronic Verification Results by the Secretariat

The following is a response to the WTO Secretariat’s electronic verification of Canada’s HS2002 Submission.
Textual Comparisons
1. Canada has removed the reference to “No.” and “Nos.” in its domestic tariff but has decided to keep references to “No.” and “Nos.” as they pertain to tariff item No. or tariff item Nos. The following items refer to tariff item No(s): 27101910, 27109910, 29189010, 39206210, 42029910, 8415901, 8415902 and 84619010. Canada will remove the reference to “No.” and “Nos.” when referring to heading/subheading as required. These few instances were an oversight.
Heading 5405 does not exist in Canada’s submission. Does the Secretariat mean heading 5408? If so, Canada will remove the r
