Adoption of the Agenda
The draft agenda for the meeting as contained in Airgram WTO/AIR/2303/REV.1 of 6 May 2004 was adopted.

The Chairman said this item was discussed at the last meeting of the Dedicated Session on 17 October 2003. He said since then two new submissions had been received. He asked the representative of Paraguay to introduce his proposal in document WT/COMTD/SE/W/10 on behalf of Bolivia, Mongolia and
