The Negotiating Group on Rules held a formal meeting on 25-27 November 2002.

The Group adopted the following agenda:

B. Anti-Dumping
C. Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, including Fisheries Subsidies
D. Regional Trade Agreements
E. Other Business
- Requests for information from the Chairmen of the Special Session on Trade and Development and the Group on Trade and Transfer of Technology
- Dates of formal meetings of the Group in 2003
ANTI-DUMPING
The Group first took up three submissions related in their entirety to this agenda item.
