Addendum
The following communication, dated 14 July 2025,
from the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairperson of the Dispute
Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 21.6 of the DSU.

Indonesia submits a status report
on the implementation of the DSB's recommendations and rulings in these
disputes in accordance with Article 21.6 of the DSU.
Indonesia has undertaken
substantial adjustments to the measures at issue in order to align with its
obligations under WTO rules, by revising relevant laws and ministerial
regulations.
Indonesia remains dedicated to
maintaining constructive dialogue with both New Zealand and the United States
to reach a mutually satisfactory solution to this long-standing issue.
