SUSPENSION OF PANEL WORK

Communication from the Panel

The following communication, dated 29 January 2025, was received from the Chairperson of the Panel with the request that it be circulated to the Dispute Settlement Body.

Following the resumption of the Panel's work on 24 January 2025, the European Union requested the Panel on 27 January 2025 to immediately suspend its work on the basis of Article 12.12 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU).

The Panel has decided to suspend its work effective from 27 January 2025.

I would be grateful if you would circulate this communication to the DSB.
