Description: This action finalizes revisions,
updates, and makes corrections to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA)
streamlined fuel quality regulations. This action does not change the
stringency of the existing fuel quality standards.
This rule is effective on 1 July 2025.
The incorporation by reference of certain publications
listed in this regulation is approved by the Director of the Federal Register
as of 1 July 2025.
