·_        Technical requirements for vehicles and their equipment when vehicles have obtained or are to obtain a national, individual approval. EU type-approved vehicles that have not been modified are thus not covered.

·_        Corresponding rules for modified vehicles that must be approved, regardless of whether the vehicles were originally EU type-approved or not.

·_        Regulation of the use of vehicles in places where the Danish Traffic Regulation Act applies.
