Description: The U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency is taking final action to remove regulations from the Code of Federal
Regulations that have been vacated by the United States Court of Appeals for
the District of Columbia Circuit related to the prohibition of disposable
cylinders and tracking of cylinders of hydrofluorocarbons.
This final rule is effective on 11 September 2024.
