Title: Climate Protection Program (CPP) 2024

Description: The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) invites the public to submit comments on the proposed rules. The comment period closes at 4 p.m. (Pacific Time) on 30 August 2024.

WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point. Comments received by the USA TBT Enquiry Point from WTO Members and their stakeholders by 4pm Eastern Time on 30 August 2024 will be shared with Oregon's DEQ.
