Description: The intention is to clarify that
overseas operators that sell products directly to general consumers in Japan
without going through manufacturers and importers in Japan are subject to
regulations under the technical regulations, as well as to introduce regulations
for children's products, such as toys; requirements, such as displaying an
appropriate age for use and precautions for us;, and technical regulations.
