United States – Anti-Dumping Measures on Fish Fillets from Viet Nam

Communication from the Panel

The following communication, dated 14 May 2024, was received from the Chairman of the Panel with the request that it be circulated to the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB).

In a communication dated 14 February 2024 (WT/DS536/22), the Panel informed the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) that, upon a joint request from the United States and Viet Nam, it had further postponed the circulation of the final report in United States – Anti-Dumping Measures on Fish Fillets from Viet Nam until 16 May 2024.

On 10 May 2024, the United States and Viet Nam jointly informed the Panel that they still remained engaged in discussions with respect to the resolution of this dispute. In that context, they requested that the Panel further postpone the circulation of the final report until 16 August 2024.

The circulation of the final report has therefore been postponed until 16 August 2024.
