The given project transposes the EU Directive 2000/36/EC and incorporates: Codex Stan 87-1981 (amended in: 2016, 2022) concerning the standards for chocolate and chocolate products and Codex Stan 105-1981 (amended in: 2010, 2013, 2016, 2022) for cocoa powder and dry cocoa and sugar blends.
