Description
of content: The draft
Law aims to establish the procedures for making available on the market of
fertilising products in accordance with the EU regulations in force.
The draft Law, in particular, provides for the establishment of
mechanisms for conformity assessment of fertilizing products based on
Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5
June 2019 laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU
fertilising products and amending Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009 and (EC) No
1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003.
It also specifies the obligations of business entities when
conducting conformity assessment and circulation of fertilising products.
The Technical Regulation on conformity assessment of fertilising
products will be approved by a separate governmental resolution.

into force of this Law
