Description
of content: The draft
amendments envisage the following:
- correction of the names of subjects of technical regulation in the
EAEU TR 051/2021;
- expanding the EAEU TR 051/2021 with classification groups of
various types of poultry meat products depending on the mass fraction of meat
ingredients;
- correction of concepts relating to poultry canned meat (offal),
poultry canned meat (offal) for baby food and boneless poultry meat;
- revision of labeling requirements and expanding the scope of
application of the safety indicators established by the EAEU TR 051/2011 in
relation to poultry meat (offal) products, taking into account its new
classification features

human life and (or) health, and prevent consumer deception.
Clarification of certain provisions of the technical regulation based
on the results of the practice of its application in terms of definitions of
