Description of content: The
Ministry of Health and Welfare proposes to revise the "Regulations for
Application of Health Food Permit" in order to ensure a smooth and
efficient application procedure for examination of health food registration.
These revisions include:
1._ adding directions of online application for registration;
2._ revising rules of the health food permit, such as extension,
changes of the registered items, transfer, replacement as well as reissuance;
and
3._ integrating the existed standards of examinative registration.
