Description of content: In order to facilitate trade between MERCOSUR member States, the notified draft Decree establishes the equivalences of categories of potato propagation material produced in controlled environments and seed potatoes graded and packaged for export. It also approves the model quality certificates for seed potatoes to be used to facilitate the exchange of seeds between MERCOSUR member States.
