Based on the Bureau of Standards and Quality Act, all language of instruction must contain the native language which is English.; National security requirements; Consumer information, labelling; Prevention of deceptive practices and consumer protection; Protection of human health or safety; Protection of the environment; Quality requirements; Harmonization; Reducing trade barriers and facilitating trade
