(c) Import, production, processing, advertising, promotion, and placing on the market of food supplements,

(d) Approval, traceability, and workplace responsibilities in terms of food supplements,

(e) Provisions regarding the establishment, working procedures, and principles of the Commission on Food Supplements

(f) rules on the labeling of food supplements.

Proposed date of adoption: 23 September 2022

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 October 2022; This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication. Foods supplements that have been approved before the publication date of this Regulation and in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation on Import, Production, Processing and Placing of Food Supplements and Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Food Supplements are allowed to be on the market until 1/7/2024.
