Description of content: Proposed rule - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing (MCM NESHAP) facilities, as required by the Clean Air Act (CAA). In order to complete the required technology review that was originally promulgated on 14 August 2020, the EPA is proposing inorganic hazardous air pollutant (HAP) standards for process vessels.
