Communication from Qatar

The following communication, dated 21 April 2022, from the delegation of Qatar to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB), is circulated at the request of this delegation.

The state of Qatar has the honour to notify the DSB, that it has agreed to terminate the dispute Saudi Arabia – Measures concerning the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (DS567).

This communication pertains solely to the termination of the DS567 dispute, and after the completion there of, Qatar shall not seek adoption of the panel report.
