AGENCY: Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, USDA

ACTION: Revision to and extension of approval of an information collection; comment request

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service's intention to request a revision to and extension of approval of an information collection required by the Lacey Act for the importation of certain plants and plant products.

DATES: We will consider all comments that we receive on or before 2 July 2021.

This revision to and extension of approval of an information collection; comment request is identified by Docket Number APHIS-2021-0017. The Docket Folder is available on Regulations.gov at https://www.regulations.gov/docket/APHIS-2021-0017/document and provides access to primary and supporting documents as well as comments received. Documents are also accessible from Regulations.gov by searching the Docket Number. WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point.
