Addendum

The following communication, dated 11 February 2021, from the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 21.6 of the DSU.

Indonesia submits this report pursuant to Article 21.6 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU).

Indonesia reiterates its commitment to implementing the recommendations and rulings of the DSB in these disputes. Indonesia also continues to take note concerns raised by New Zealand and the United States on measure 1-17 in the previous DSB meetings.

With regard to measure 18, Indonesia would like to submit update to this Body that the Government continues to work on the implementing regulations of the Law No. 11/2020 on Job Creation.

Indonesia will continue to engage with New Zealand and the United States regarding matters related to the recommendations and rulings of the DSB.
