Addendum

Following the resignation of Ms Claudia Uribe on 25 September 2019, and further to a request by China, the Director‑General on 17 October 2019 has appointed Ms Athaliah Lesiba MOLOKOMME as a member of the Panel. Accordingly, the composition of the Panel is now as follows:
