The objective of this draft decision is to determine:

a)      Rules for the collection, packaging, transport and storage of biological products;

b)      Detailed rules on the labeling, layout, composition and size of mandatory labeling indicators and the rules on the composition, layout, size and design of the national logo for biological production;

c)       The detailed rules for the procedure of notification of activity by biological operators, and the form of the operator certificate;

d)      Detailed rules for the control of biological products.
