Description of content: This technical regulation aims to create technical warranty and security for power lines of high voltage over 1 kV.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: The provisions of this technical regulation shall apply to electrical installations of high voltage, three-phase installations of alternating current of 50 Hz frequency wiring and with an effective voltage greater than 1 kilowatt between phases.
