At its meeting on 11 January 2019, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report on United States – Measures Concerning the Importation, Marketing and Sale of Tuna and Tuna Products: Recourse to Article 21.5 of the DSU by the United States (WT/DS381/AB/RW/USA and WT/DS381/AB/RW/USA/Add.1) and the Panel report (WT/DS381/RW/USA and WT/DS381/RW/USA/Add.1), as upheld by the Appellate Body report. The Panel report should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body report.
