COMMUNICATION FROM THE APPELLATE BODY

The following communication, dated 19 November 2018, from the Chair of the Appellate Body to the Chair of the Dispute Settlement Body, is being circulated to Members.

I refer to my letter of 27 November 2017, setting out the reasons why the Appellate Body would not be able to circulate its Reports in these proceedings within the timeframe provided for in Article 17.5 of the DSU. We can now inform you that we expect to circulate the Appellate Body Reports in this appeal no later than Thursday, 13 December 2018.
