UNITED STATES – CERTAIN MEASURES RELATED TO RENEWABLE ENERGY

ACCEPTANCE BY THE UNITED STATES OF THE REQUEST TO JOIN CONSULTATIONS

The European Union notified the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of its desire to be joined in the consultations requested by China, pursuant to Article 4.11 of the DSU.

The delegation of the United States informed the DSB that it had accepted the request of the European Union to join the consultations.
