NOTIFICATION

Addendum

The following communication, dated 19 October 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Brazil.

This addendum aims to inform that the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply - MAPA published in the Official Gazette on 08 October 2018 the Ministerial Technical Regulation No. 51, 01 October 2018, in respect of the public consultation notified under the code G/TBT/N/BRA/795, and revokes:

Technical Regulation No. 17, 13 July 2006;

Technical Regulation No. 25, 12 June 2007;

Technical Regulation No. 30, 4 July 2007;

Technical Regulation No. 51, 5 November 2007;

Technical Regulation No. 24, 30 April 2008;

Technical Regulation No. 14, 14 May 2009;

Technical Regulation No. 48, 4 November 2009;

Technical Regulation No. 65, 16 December 2009; and

Ordinance MAPA No. 390, 30 April 2008

This Technical Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
