Action by the Dispute Settlement Body

At its meeting on 27 August 2018, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Panel report on Australia – Certain Measures Concerning Trademarks, Geographical Indications and Other Plain Packaging Requirements Applicable to Tobacco Products and Packaging (WT/DS467/R, WT/DS467/R/Add.1 and WT/DS467/R/Suppl.1).
