Appellate Body Reports and Panel Reports

Action by the Dispute Settlement Body

At its meeting on 27 August 2018, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body reports on Indonesia - Safeguard on Certain Iron or Steel Products (WT/DS490/AB/R and WT/DS490/AB/R/Add.1, WT/DS496/AB/R and WT/DS496/AB/R/Add.1) and the Panel reports (WT/DS490/R and WT/DS490/R/Add.1, WT/DS496/R and WT/DS496/R/Add.1), as modified by the Appellate Body reports. The Panel reports should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body reports.
