Addendum

The following communication, dated 21 June 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Peru.

The Republic of Peru hereby advises that the final (definitive) version of the Manual on health warnings, prepared pursuant to the Regulations implementing Law No. 30021 on the promotion of healthy eating among children and adolescents, which was notified in document G/TBT/N/PER/97 on 4 September 2017, was issued pursuant to Supreme Decree No. 012-2018-MINSA, and published in the Official Journal El Peruano on 16 June 2018, and will enter into force 12 months after publication.
