Action by
the Dispute Settlement Body
At its meeting on 28 May 2018, the Dispute
Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report on European
Union – Countervailing Measures on Certain Polyethylene Terephthalate from
Pakistan (WT/DS486/AB/R and WT/DS486/AB/R/Add.1) and the Panel
report (WT/DS486/R and WT/DS486/R/Add.1), as modified by the Appellate Body
report. The Panel report should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body
report.
