The following communication, dated 4 May 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Republic of Moldova.

Government Decision no.745 from 26 October 2015 on approving the Technical Regulation "Making available on the market of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits".  The purpose of this Technical Regulation is to ensure that equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits placed on the market fulfill the requirements providing a high level of health protection and safety of consumers.
