Action by the Dispute Settlement Body

At its meeting on 9 April 2018, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report on Russia - Anti-Dumping Duties on Light Commercial Vehicles from Germany and Italy (WT/DS479/AB/R and WT/DS479/AB/R/Add.1) and the Panel report (WT/DS479/R and WT/DS479/R/Add.1), as modified by the Appellate Body report. The Panel report should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body report.
