Acceptance by the united states of a Request to Join Consultations

The European Union, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation notified the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of their desire to be joined in the consultations requested by the Republic of Korea, pursuant to Article 4.11 of the DSU.

The delegation of the United States informed the DSB that it had accepted the request of the European Union to join the consultations.
